Pamela joined the SWCD staff in October 2023 as a Conservation Agronomist. Her position serves as a liaison between the public and private sectors, particularly between the Renville SWCD and Farmward Cooperative. Pamela graduated from Southwester Minnesota State University in 2022, with a B.S. in Agronomy and a minor in environmental science. Pamela hopes to be a reputable source for grower and Farmward agronomy account managers on conservation practices, soil health, and cost share program availability.
